I've started running a circuit rather than just running to a given point and back, Start at Walton Marina, run to Hampton Court Bridge along the river, then across the river and back through Lower Sunbury. It's almost a half marathon so I'm pretty pleased with myself. I can really feel an improvement as my pace was pretty level throughout and my speed is up compared to my last run!
