So I had a few days off, ate a pizza, some Doritos, drank some beers, had fish and chips.... I was actually really missing the running but I was staying with friends and didn't have any kit with me.
As soon as I got back I went for a run.
5 miles - 50 minutes.
I'm getting faster and it's getting easier, but I fucked up; I didn't stretch enough and I've hurt my ankle again. It's swollen and sore and stiff. So I'm gonna have to take a few days off, I'm gutted as I really wanted to start a 5-miles-a-day training schedule. I'm not losing enough fat and my lower legs need to be stronger.
